Fee for Service Provider Grievances

The FFS Provider Grievance Process

The Grievance Process is for providers of services to members who are not enrolled with a KanCare Health plan (Aetna, Sunflower or United). A FFS grievance may be filed about any dissatisfaction involving a FFS matter or a denial of payment for services provided to a FFS member.
